We are delighted to announce that Victoria Home Care Solutions has been rated GOOD by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following our latest assessment.
The assessment, carried out on 30 June 2026, recognised the quality of care, compassion and commitment provided by our dedicated team.

The CQC's findings highlighted the kindness, dignity and respect shown to people receiving our care, alongside our commitment to supporting independence and individual choice.
People and their families reported positive experiences, describing staff as caring, professional, reliable and supportive.
The assessment also recognised the positive and inclusive culture encouraged by our Registered Manager, Tracey Coleman, and her passion for delivering high-quality care.
